Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at summetbuiltin@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at summetbuiltin@gmail.com so we can assess the situation and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, please don't hesitate to reach out.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is approved, place a new order separately.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the transaction.
